To experience Banner is to know it’s in a class by itself. Our experienced and highly trained staff, heavily wooded setting, and world-class facilities — such as a private lake and rock-climbing walls — provide every imaginable opportunity for summer fun.
Four heated pools in a variety of depths accommodate swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Playgrounds, designed by experts, promote skill development and imagination. Athletic equipment and sports fields are sized to fit each age group. Arts, music, and sports specialists share professional-level talent. Rainy-day pavilions and an air-conditioned dining hall make it easy to enjoy camp in any weather. And every Friday, the entire camp is transformed into a spectacular special event — from Wild West Day to a full-scale Olympic competition, where every child is a winner. At the heart of it all is the spirited Bannerama amphitheater — home to our legendary daily festival!

Campers may sign up for four week or eight week sessions.
Junior campers may come three or five days per week.
Counselors and staff take part in an intense week-long orientation and ongoing child-centered education throughout the summer.
Banner’s camper-to-staff ratio is unsurpassed, with an average of three to four campers per staff member.
The on-site infirmary is staffed with two registered nurses.
Door-to-door transportation is provided by fully accredited, experienced, federally licensed drivers in full-size school buses.
Indoor air-conditioned facilities and covered pavilions allow camp to continue during inclement weather.
Delicious hot lunches are served in the air-conditioned Banner Dining Hall. Friday cookouts are held under the shady oak trees in the picnic grove. Campers may also bring their own lunches, which are held in refrigerators until lunchtime. Beverages and snacks are provided each day for all campers.
Continual communication keeps parents informed — including weekly or biweekly phone calls, emails, newsletters home, and “STARFISH” goal of the week awards.
